Level 2 Award for Door Supervisors (Refresher)

This course is specifically designed for Door Supervisors with expiring licences, offering the updated training required to stay compliant.

This course was previously known as the "Top-Up" course, this revised course meets the latest SIA standards, consolidating all essential elements needed for licence renewal.

What is the duration of the course

The Door Supervisor Top Up Refresher is a 2-day course that covers updated content on:

• Terror Threat Awareness

• Physical Intervention Skills

• Searching Techniques

• Vulnerability Training

• Protecting the Public from Spiking

Learners will need to Attend their online ACT training, once complete you will need to send this to us along with you valid first aid certificate which must have at least one year remaining, if you don't have a valid first aid certificate please let us know before hand.

We now use the QNUK level 3 Award for Emergency first aid at work (Security) which is the new enhanced course

MCQ: Learners will take two MSQ exams and a practical assessment on physical intervention.
